Job Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
· Experience with cooking equipment and installation (ovens, fryers, ranges, griddles, etc)
· Industry related education, certifications such as CFESA, NATE and FACTORY are preferred
Job Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot, Repair and perform maintenance on cooking equipment such as ovens, fryers, smokers, griddles, ranges, and warmers
· The ability to read and understand written diagrams, manuals, wiring instructions and schematics
· The ability to operate meters, power tools, gauges, measuring equipment, torches, hoists and other equipment required to perform service on the particular unit in repair
· The ability to operate a commercial work vehicle in a safe manner and adhere to company safety policies
· Effectively communicate internally and externally with dispatcher, customers and other technicians.
· Work on-call nights and weekends when assigned (rotating calendar)
Physical Requirements
· The ability to exert up to 150lbs of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying) regularly and up to 50-75lbs of force frequently without assistance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
