Kitchen Expo is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various financial tasks and administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print and process trade invoices received via email, matching them to purchase orders for entry into the Sage/ACCPAC system.
- Enter miscellaneous vendor invoices into the Sage/ACCPAC system.
- Report credit card and bank transactions to management.
- Scan checks for bank deposits.
- Print accounts payable reports and checks on a weekly basis.
- Manage tenant rental payments, including utilities.
- Biweekly payroll processing and reporting to management through ADP, including 401K and health benefits entries into the operating system.
- Prepare and submit daily cash reports to the Owner.
- Order office supplies and maintain stock.
- Assist with building maintenance coordination, such as lightbulb replacements, cleaning services, and landscaping.
- Perform filing tasks to maintain organized records.
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries.
- Manage FedEx shipping as needed.
- Maintain spreadsheets for monthly, quarterly, and annual renewals, including building maintenance, insurance, and IT services.
- Keep employee records updated.
- Create and manage documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
