Kitchen Fresh Foods is GROWING and WE NEED YOU! The Team Leader position performs duties within production according to polices and procedures established in your area of responsibility. The Team Leader will accept accountability for meeting set goals, maintaining quality standards, monitoring safety, ensuring a friendly, harassment free work environment and completing assigned duties in a timely manner. The primary responsibility of the Team Leader position is to ensure Line/area of responsibility is operating at established rate, producing a quality product and all employees in the area are performing duties in a safe manner.
Essential duties and responsibilities of the Position
- Follows daily production schedule
- Support line changeovers
- Adheres to and complies with all food safety, food quality and GMP policies.
- Adjusts staffing as needed
- Contacts support departments (Quality, Maintenance) as needed
- Ensures daily ship time requirement is met
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
