Job Overview :
As a Lead Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Kitchen Guard of Jacksonville location, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Responsibilities include :
Shift : Overnight (9-11 PM check-in, 5-7 AM check-out) Position : Full-Time (40-50 hours per week)

About the Role :
As the Lead Technician Hood Cleaning Technician, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

Requirements :
A valid driver's license.
Work Nights, Overnight Position.
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
