WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF A GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE AT THE HARVEST CAFÉ?
This position has the responsibility of spreading happiness and making sure that all aspects of the Café meet KKF standards by : 1) ensuring that you learn and follow KKF policies and Café procedures, 2) ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience, 3) maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work and guest environment, and 4) communicating all matters of concern, discrepancies, and team member recommendations to the Captain.
