W HAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF AN ASSISTANT CAPTAIN OF THE JAM AND RELISH SHOP AT KITCHEN KETTLE VILLAGE?
This position has the responsibility of spreading happiness and assisting in making sure that all aspects of the Jam & Relish Shop meet KKF standards by : 1) ensuring guest satisfaction by making sure they receive an exceptional experience at the register zone and within the retail shop, 2) maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment, and 3) efficiently and accurately handling guest transactions.
