WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF A GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE AT MOMS PRETZELS?
This position has the responsibility of spreading happiness and assisting in making sure that all aspects of MOMS Pretzels meet KKF standards by : 1) ensuring guest satisfaction by making sure they receive an exceptional experience, 2) maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment, and 3) efficiently and accurately handling guest transactions and food safety standards.
