WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF A GUEST ASSOCIATE AT KITCHEN KETTLE VILLAGE?
This position has the responsibility of spreading happiness and assisting in making sure that all aspects of the Village Soap Company meet KKF standards by 1) ensuring guests have an exceptional experience, 2) maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment, and 3) efficiently and accurately handling guest transactions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service
- Actively and enthusiastically engage guests in featured product demonstrations.
- Proactively aid in achieving the store’s daily sales goals
- Efficiently produce various bath soaps, laundry soap, and hand soaps as outlined by proprietary recipes.
- Possess detailed knowledge (usage, ingredients, allergens, etc.) of product lines within the shop.
- Assist with the production of soap shop products when needed.
- Accurately handle all forms of sales/money transactions
- Open and/or close registers as needed.
- Price and set up merchandise displays
- Obtain merchandise, throughout the store, requested by guest.
- Answer guest questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
- Keep the shop and merchandise clean and orderly at all times.
- All other related duties as required or assigned.
