This position has the responsibility of spreading happiness and assisting in making sure that all aspects of the Roasted Rooster meet KKF standards by: 1) ensuring guest satisfaction by making sure they receive an exceptional experience, 2) maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment, and 3) efficiently and accurately handling guest transactions, and efficiently preparing drinks.
Essential Functions
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service
- Record daily logs
- Creation of quality drinks and smoothies
- Follow opening, closing, and daily operating checklists
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Be willing to help in any department (Food Service and Retail).
- Assist in keeping condiments and coffee stocked.
- Accurately handle money transactions and interact with guests.
- Balance deposits against daily sales and report any overages or shortages to the Roasted Rooter Captain.
- Perform all other related duties as required and assigned.
