Essential Functions
- Greet guests in a pleasant and professional manner
- Systematically seat guests to appropriate sections of the restaurant and table number
- Ability to use restaurant computer system
- Take reservations properly and ensure reservations are seated properly
- Count and handle money accurately in the form of cash, credit cards, coupons, etc.
- General housekeeping duties in FOH
- Table to table visits to ensure guests satisfaction and to build relationships
- Village knowledge
- Knowledge of lobby products and the ability to sell them
- Ability to work varied shifts and available to work Saturdays and holidays
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
