Retail Sales Associate
Kitchen Kneads is looking for a can do, task driven individual to be the next team member of their one stop baking and cooking shop. We are a spirited fun family run business looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service. Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks related to providing excellent customer service to retail and wholesale customers
- Product demonstration leading to a sell.
- Learn Product knowledge and willing to teach
- Team playing and building
- Selling, communicating and adjusting to the customer’s needs.
- Participate in all activities related to maintaining a well-supplied, clean and organized retail store
- Cleaning surfaces (floors, counters, bathroom, and so on)
- Vacuuming floors
- Dishes
- Other tasks assigned by manager
- Assist with teacher demonstrations, in-house classes and events to promote products and holiday items
- Participate in a variety of activities related to retail & wholesale operations as assigned by the operations or general manager.
- Facing selves
- Stocking selves
- Updating prices and barcodes
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Skills Necessary
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to communicate in person and on the phone with customers
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work a cash register
- Handling money
- Basic math skills
- Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs
- Helping customers out to their cars
- Ability to stand on your feet for extended amounts of time
- Basic computer skills
- Food Handlers Permit or obtained in 30 days
- Ambition to keep things clean and tidy
- Speaks, reads and writes in English fluently

Work Schedule & Requirements
· Looking for individuals available Monday thru Friday with rotating Saturdays. between 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Other shifts available depending on needs
- Has to be able to work a full day shift.
- Must be willing to be flexible to fill in shifts as needed.
- Must be able to help during the holiday season
- Closed Sundays
