Server/Waiter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to enhance guest relations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation and bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas according to health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain effective communication during service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform various tasks throughout the shift.

Pay: $4.00 - $6.00 per hour
