Accounting Assistant

We’re looking for a full-time, team-oriented, and passionate individual to join our accounting staff. As an Accounting Assistant, you will help maintain Kitchen Magic’s Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Project records to support business growth.

What does the role involve?

· Process vendor and customer invoices in our accounting systems.

· Assist the Controller with accounts receivable and payable activities as directed.

· Answer inquiries from other Kitchen Magic employees, customers, and suppliers.

· Investigate and reconcile differences between vendor statements and our accounting system.

· Prepare and run reports as required.

What is required?

· Experience with any ERP or accounting software system preferred

· Previous experience in processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting functions

· Excel proficient (pivot tables, formulas, formatting)

· Exceptional organizational skills

· Ability to prioritize and track open items through completion

· Associate’s degree in accounting preferred, but not required

JOB SPECIFICS:

· Full-time opportunity with a set schedule Monday – Friday

· On-site position

· $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience
