- Utilize Toast POS to efficiently manage tables, orders, and payment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Offer recommendations and help guests choose from our menu.
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience, addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the host stand, tables, and floors.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide assistance to other staff members as needed.
**Experience**
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly valued.
- Strong background in customer service, hospitality, and guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
