Part-Time Hiring Manager - KOK Wings & Things Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hiring Manager to join our team at KOK Wings & Things on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process and maintaining optimal staffing levels for our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for all restaurant positions
- Coordinate and conduct job interviews, both in-person and virtually
- Manage job postings across various platforms and social media
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of hiring or recruitment experience, preferably in food service
- Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office
- Experience with social media recruitment strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
