Key Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Remodeling Sales Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide for homeowners looking to create the kitchen of their dreams. You’ll apply your sales expertise to help clients choose finishes, hardware, countertops, storage, and access solutions that bring their vision to life. Once a custom solution is designed, our project management team takes over until installation—giving you the freedom to move on to the next exciting opportunity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert knowledge of Kitchen Saver products and services to potential customers
- Utilize a proven sales process to deliver creative solutions for kitchen remodeling needs
- Complete necessary documentation for installation and ensure timely project execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout the process
- Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in corporate marketing efforts to generate leads
- Meet or exceed company closing sales objectives
The Opportunity:
- W-2 employment with paychecks issued every two weeks

- Competitive paid training period (first 60 days) with a 3- to 4-week training program and ongoing professional development
- Commission-only compensation after training, providing an uncapped earning potential
- Pre-set appointments—NO COLD CALLING. Our dedicated call center confirms leads generated by extensive marketing and advertising campaigns
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use our proven sales process and become an expert on products, benefits, and paperwork
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel within our service area (MD, VA, DC)
- Must be able to obtain a valid MHIC Salesperson license and DC Salesman license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Apple products
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with occasional Sundays
- Ability to attend weekly sales meetings (currently in Owings Mills)
