- Work independently or as a team to ensure services are completed as per the scope of work.
- Collaborate with customers and team members regarding work orders, drawings, prints, and sketches to understand customer needs.
- Establish well-organized partnerships with subcontractors.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of remodeling.
- Estimate equipment, tool, and material requirements for each project.
- Operate tools safely and use necessary measurement equipment.
- Be proficient in installing cabinets, re-facing, trim, flooring, and backsplashes.
- Secure equipment and tools properly and maintain clean and organized storage areas and shop.
- Anticipate task problems and inform the owner about any issues to complete the task.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project.
