Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking in-home kitchen sales consultants. We provide great pay, attractive leads and awesome benefits. Our products are unique custom products and services that are in strong demand. A new team member can expect to run 5 to 8 appointments per week. All leads are provided by Kitchen Tune-Up and pre-qualified.
The kitchen Sales role has high upside potential with unlimited/uncapped commission as well as an attractive bonus structure. Expect to earn upwards of $120,000 by achieving targets.

Job Duties:
- Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training provided).
- Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners.
- Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed.
- Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
- Revises quotes as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
- Collaborates and communicates with sales manager on ongoing basis
- Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
- Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional.
- Computer and smartphone proficient.
- Create designs as needed within 2020 or similar platform
- Willing to develop account- based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.
Job Requirements:
- Highly motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Attend KTU weekly sales coaching call (min 3 per month).
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor suitable to working in our client’s homes
- Speak clearly using appropriate language and vocabulary
- Strong negotiating skills
- Able to work some evenings and some weekend appointments
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience with kitchen designs
Salary : $95,000 - $180,000
