Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking dedicated team members to join our team as a Paint Sprayer to work on kitchen remodeling projects. We are seeking career minded individuals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.

- First shift, 4 Day Work Week
- Monday -Friday (7:30 am - 6 pm)
- Starting pay $18-$20/hour based on experience
- Ability to spray with past experience working in a Paint Room or Bodyshop a plus or the ability to be trained.
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive attitude and the ability to get along with co-workers.
- Ability to Check and Verify Colors to assure a quality product.
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.

In addition to painting duties, this team member will contribute to various operational tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional quality across all aspects of our operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site
- Able to operate either a gravity-fed HVLP or an airless assist spray gun.
- Tremendous attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and is self-motivated
- Able to interpret work orders and identify/forecast needs to fill that order
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills- Adaptable to the needs of the day
- Willingness to work in other areas of the company when not painting.
- Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
- Communicate with project manager daily about progress
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Arrive on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
- Follow instructions given by project manager
Qualifications:
- Stellar work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
- Able to operate either a gravity-fed HVLP or an airless assist spray gun.
- Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
