Kitchen Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete kitchen remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career-minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career. Intimate knowledge of Cabinet installing is required. Experience with backsplash, LVP, or other cabinet work is also recommended.
This is a hands-on position and the knowledge of how to safely operate power tools, saws, and sanders is essential. Training is provided for the completion of cabinet re-dooring, refacing, flooring, backsplashes, interior painting and any other kitchen remodeling projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize work processes in the most efficient way possible
- Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site
- Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
- Communicate with Owner daily about progress
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Teach newer employees how to complete the work.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Able to drill for hinges
- Able to install doors and drawer fronts
- Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
- Excellent trim cuts
- Intimate knowledge of construction tools and processes
- Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
- Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
