Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
- Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
- Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
- Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
- Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
- Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process.
- Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent reporting and communication skills
- High quality interpersonal skills
- Willingness to embrace and use technology, including but not limited to: MS Office, CRM software, 2020 Design software, Adobe, Canva
- Commitment to the mission, vision and values of the company
- Able to demonstrate a strong history of closing sales with confidence
- At least 5-7 years of sales experience

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
