Responsibilities
- Supervise installation teams on-site
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
- Coordinate daily tasks and manage schedules
- Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot problems
- Communicate with clients and address concerns
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines
- Conduct site inspections for compliance
- Manage inventory and materials on-site, in warehouse and installer vehicles
- Train and mentor installers
- Ensure each team is appropriately staffed
- Manage subcontractors and assign to projects according to need
- Reduce volume of rework by ensuring that the team has accurately pulled jobs and installers are adequately prepared
- Measure for and procure material
- Report project updates to management
- Must be able to comfortably and consistently lift 50 lbs
- Forward-thinking to see projects through to completion without unnecessary delays
- Solution-oriented with ability to solve problems in the moment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High level of proficiency with MS office, computer systems and internet.
- Commitment to the mission, vision and values of the company.
- Current drivers’ license with clean driving record
- At least 5-7 years of applicable experience
