Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in home sales consultation and provide custom kitchen solutions to our customers.
- Engage with showroom visitors, registering them in our lead tracking system and nurturing these prospects into clients.
- Generate new leads via personal contacts, social media, and community engagement.
- Conduct detailed site measurements and create custom cabinet layouts.
- Develop comprehensive proposals and presentations tailored to meet client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to post-installation follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure timely and accurate product ordering and installation.
- Participate in local home/trade shows as part of our promotional activities.
