Position Overview
Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to work with our customers, suppliers and partners. This position works with professionalism and consistency to create sales opportunities for the business and lead fostering.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads by being a creative thinker, community networker and Kitchen Tune-up Brand Ambassador.
- Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
- Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.
- Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.
- Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer.
- Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
- Supervises the installation until completion to confirm all client’ needs have been addressed and the project has been completed.
- Collects payments from clients.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Strong negotiating skills
- Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes
- Participate in home/trade show rotation
- Willing to work on evenings and weekends previously agreed
