High Producing Direct Sales and Business Development
- Driven to make $15,000 - $20,000/mo in commissions delivering the industry's leading products and customer experience. Create RAVING FANS!
- Grow and expand business base through networking, existing contacts, direct reach out, securing commercial contracts, developing new opportunities, etc.
- Commissions paid as sales received - no cap.
- Create Vision - Help clients create a vision of what their kitchen can become, the memories that will be made there, and the lifestyle they can dream of.
- Excited to open new doors, build repeating contracts, and aggressively grow market share
- Loves solving problems for people and businesses. Must be service driven and observant how to help.
- Metric driven, own your performance and know the numbers of how to get where you want to be.
- Commercial Construction, Real Estate, Remodeling, Kitchen Design Experience a plus but not a deal breaker.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seek out and build new relationships and contracts with commercial customers.
- Consult with customers in their homes for their cabinet and kitchen transformations.
- Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Become an expert and leader in Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
- Must close. Close rate of 40% or greater.
- Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
- Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire and position yourself as an industry professional.
- Communicate and report regularly with the owner and management.
- Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
