Job Title :   Sales Representative – Kitchen Cabinets and Services

We are seeking a powerful and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong sales skills and an interest in home improvement.

We offer :

Generous Commission Structure

  • 8 – 15% of sales, plus
  • 1 - 3% additional commission on self-generated leads
  • Quarterly bonuses for high performance
  • Annual earnings range from $50,000 - $80,000 with unlimited earning potential

    Job Description :

    We are seeking a powerful and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong sales skills and an interest in home improvement.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Contact leads provided and turn them into customers.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners, contractors, real estate agents and interior designers.
  • Conduct needs analysis by phone prior to sales consultation to understand prospective client’s needs and present suitable kitchen cabinet solutions.
  • Provide accurate quotes and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Stay current with our product offerings and industry trends in the kitchen industry.
  • Access to an extensive portfolio of premium kitchen cabinet designs and materials.
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings on Mondays and sales coaching as needed.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous sales experience (preferably in home improvement, construction, or design) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
  • A passion for helping clients bring their kitchen visions to life.
