Job Duties:
- Create content for social media engagement for organization
- Handle and resolve subsidiary staff technical issues
- Weekly and monthly Reporting
- Process payroll and quarterly taxes (training provided)
- Handle and chair cross functional meetings
- Keep marketing director organized
- Support Showroom operations and executions
- Coordinate local showroom and company executions
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Computer and smartphone proficient
- Social Media management experience preferred
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
- Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive mindset and like talking with customers
- Consistent and resourceful
- Willing to work some weekends
