Role of Designer/Sales Consultant
We are seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up. As a Designer/Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with unique custom products and services that are in high demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process, which includes conducting scheduled 'in-home' consultations, making presentations to homeowners, and assembling quotes and related information to present to customers.
- Confidently ask for orders, persist in sales follow-up, and demonstrate a strong desire to win and succeed.
- Collaborate and communicate with sales managers on an ongoing basis and continue customer contact during projects.
- Market your skills as an industry professional and convert as many sales appointments as possible into sales (a minimum of 30% is expected).
Requirements
- Highly motivated, dependable, and with a strong work ethic.
- Able to attend KTU weekly sales coaching calls (minimum 3 per month).
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor suitable to working in clients' homes.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Able to work days, some evenings, and some weekend appointments.
- Must have reliable transportation.
