Job Summary
Kitchen365 is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager with deep expertise in the kitchen and bath industry. You will be a pivotal part of driving the adoption of our subscription-based and enterprise-level offerings, including eCommerce platforms, website design, SEO, and marketing services tailored to kitchen cabinet manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and contractors. You must bring a strategic approach to sales, have at least 7 years of sales experience within the kitchen cabinet industry, prior experience managing and mentoring sales teams and a proven track record of prospecting, building relationships, and closing high-value deals in the subscription and enterprise solutions space while ensuring exceptional value is delivered to our clients. Ideally, you will have an in-depth understanding of eCommerce platforms, website development, SEO, and digital marketing strategies relevant to the kitchen and bath sector. This role requires the willingness to travel between 40% to 50% of the time to client sites, trade shows and industry events and to be in our Duluth, GA office 3 days per week when not at a client site.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Sales Development Executives
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and guidance to ensure team members achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring alignment with company goals
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in the kitchen cabinet industry, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and contractors
- Leverage industry insights and direct outreach methods (calls, emails, social media) to generate and qualify leads
- Build a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects by networking at industry events and trade shows
Solution Presentation & Sales
- Collaborate with potential clients to understand their unique business challenges and growth objectives
- Present Kitchen365’s subscription and enterprise-level offerings as tailored solutions to enhance website performance, customer engagement, and lead generation
- Lead sales pitches and proposals, ensuring solutions meet client-specific needs
Strategic Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed lead generation and conversion targets
- Manage the full sales cycle, nurturing relationships from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team
Market Insights & Industry Expertise
- Stay abreast of trends, challenges, and opportunities within the kitchen cabinet and bath industry
- Position Kitchen365 as the go-to provider for value-driven offerings tailored to the sector
CRM & Reporting
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and provide detailed reporting on sales performance
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to leadership, aligning with organizational goals and objectives
Additional Duties
- Contribute to team initiatives and perform other responsibilities as assigned

Experience and Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- 7-8 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on the kitchen cabinet industry (manufacturers, distributors, retailers, or contractors)
- Experience attending and networking at industry events and trade shows
- Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve collective success
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close high-value deals
- Demonstrated success in selling subscription and enterprise-level solutions (e.g., digital platforms, marketing services, or SaaS products)
- Skilled in CRM systems and digital lead management tools
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to customize offerings for industry-specific challenges
Preferred
- In-depth understanding of eCommerce platforms, website development, SEO, and digital marketing strategies relevant to the kitchen and bath sector
Travel & Schedule Expectations
- Willing to travel between 40% to 50% of the time to client sites, trade shows and industry events
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary

Position Type, Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is a full-time, salary and commission based, exempt position that operates from a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand, as necessary.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
