JOB SUMMARY :
Following instruction and direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, this position will be responsible for the washing, cleaning, storing of all pans, utensils, and equipment for performance food service catering operation for the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. This position requires prep and cleaning responsibilities. Teamwork above all.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Wash, clean, store, organize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc.
- Cleaning of kitchen areas, dining room and other areas as needed
- Receiving and putting away orders. (must be able to lift over 50#)
- Prep fruits, vegetables and other items as assigned by Chefs
