Job Summary :
Work for a world class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! As the Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of dishware, cookware, and the work facility within the food service operation for the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team in Port Charlotte, FL. (Work location is Englewood, FL)
- Seasonal Position- starting February 1st - April 1st (guaranteed 40 hours / week) with the possibility of extended employment.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain a regular cleaning schedule of all kitchen equipmentClean and sanitize all equipment after each use and between different food itemsKeep high sanitation standards in dish area (regulate water temperatures and chemicals)Ensure that the entire facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly fashion, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, spills and taking out the garbageAssist in maintaining food safety and organization standardsAttend to the laundry of all linens when necessaryQualifications :
Ability to work successfully as a team or at times with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detail related to order and cleanliness you like everything in its place, and you take pride in thisDependable, respectful, and professional demeanor, can-do attitudeAbility to work calmly under pressureLight kitchen prep work as neededIdeal Candidates :
1 years of Dishwashing or Kitchen experience preferredServSafe certification or Food Handlers certificationWork Requirements :
Ability to perform the physical demands : On your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoopAbility to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, weekends ( we have no night shifts!! )Able to commute to and from Englewood, FLMust be willing to submit to a background check and drug screenKitchFix Total Rewards Package :
