Job Description: As a Licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in multifamily investment properties, you will be responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and facilitating the purchase and sale of apartment buildings and other multifamily properties. This role requires a strong focus on cold calling, client relationship management, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to property owners, investors, and potential clients to identify new opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in the assigned counties.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and providing tailored property recommendations.
- Property Analysis: Evaluate multifamily properties, assessing their investment potential, financial performance, and market positioning.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for clients.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed real estate agent in California.
- Proven experience in real estate, with a focus on multifamily investment properties preferred.
- Exceptional cold calling skills; must be comfortable making a high volume of calls daily. 50-100 Dials per day
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, discipline, and persistence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Bay Area real estate market, particularly in Alameda, Solano, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Marin, and Santa Clara counties. (open to hiring in all counties in the Bay Area)
