The Director of CRM Strategy will drive the implementation and operations of CRM capabilities for Medical Affairs.
This role involves leveraging the Medical CRM system to enhance communication, track engagements, and gather insights that support medical strategy and scientific exchange.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of Kite's US Medical customer engagement technology roadmap.
- Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams to successfully implement CRM projects for Medical affairs organization.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and operations teams to define requirements and roll out solutions to field medical teams.
Key Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) and 5 years of experience OR Master's Degree and 8 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience OR Associate's Degree and 12 years of experience OR High School Degree and 14 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Veeva CRM or other CRM systems used in the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of medical information management and inquiry handling processes.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week on-site.
