Job Summary
The Senior Director of Customer Engagement Technology will drive the strategy, implementation, and operations of CRM capabilities for Medical Affairs.
This role involves leveraging the Medical CRM system to enhance communication, track engagements, and gather insights that support medical strategy and scientific exchange.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Kite's US Medical customer engagement technology roadmap.
- Develop and foster partnerships with cross-functional and cross-company team members to successfully deliver CRM projects for Medical Affairs.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and Operations teams to define requirements and roll out solutions to field medical teams.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD) and 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Thorough experience with Veeva CRM or other CRM systems commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Deep knowledge of medical information management and inquiry handling processes.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week on-site.
The salary range for this position is: $173,910.00 - $225,060.00.
