We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee critical operational processes and initiatives for our Product Management (PM) and Engineering teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient budget tracking, aligning resources with strategic priorities, and driving operational excellence across our teams.
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within a technology or engineering organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in budget tracking and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with PM and Engineering workflows, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Knowledge of market compensation trends for technical roles.
- Background in driving strategic initiatives or process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Track and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Perform Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analyses and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor attrition and its impact on fund utilization, including open headcount and promotions.
- Track pay rates relative to market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for PM and Engineering teams to track performance and key metrics.
- Support reporting needs for strategic decision-making.
- Organize and facilitate team events, such as summits, working sessions, and other collaborative activities.
- Design and implement a comprehensive new hire training curriculum and platform for PM and Engineering roles.
- Partner with PM and Engineering leadership to drive strategic initiatives, such as reducing software update issues and supporting key customer engagements.
- Streamline and oversee key operational processes, including version planning and feature reviews.
- Ensure critical activities, such as feature reviews, are scheduled and completed effectively.
