Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Open and close the store. Train and motivate staffs. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
Achieving established goals.
Assisting customers to find a perfect products.
Increasing in store sales.
Able to meet daily and monthly sales goal.
Superior product knowledge.
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Able to have flexibility schedule including Saturday and Sunday. 20 - 40 hours per week.
