Summary : Supports the Banks use, optimization, customization and end user support of certain retail banking tools including FIS Deposit Origination, Service Request Management, Connections, IBS Teller and ancillary plugins. In addition, utilizes tools such as BIC to prepare and fulfill custom report requests.

This position may be eligible for an annual bonus depending on business factors and if the employee meets eligibility criteria.
Essential Functions :
- Supports product technical customization. Gathers necessary information, works to verify configuration, and debugs as necessary for resolution.
- Responsible for performing system analysis and related activities which may require research and problem resolution.
- Provides technical / engineering support for new and existing applications.
- Supports the timely, effective, and quality delivery of configurations of software into production.
- Supports and tests applications based on business requirements and / or best practices.
- Creates required technical documentation.
- Collaboratively works with the FIS support team to resolve or diagnose defects.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and / or practices.
- On a daily basis validates that scheduled BIC reports run as scheduled and that they are accurate.
- Serves as a liaison for branches for assistance with Teller system and Deposit Origination, Service Request Management and Connections CRM systems.
- Researches, recommends, configures, tests and deploys retail service systems.
- Prepares and maintains daily, weekly and monthly core system reports utilizing BIC
- Utilizing report writer software aka BIC, creates special reports as requested.
- Utilizes report writer software to insure data integrity and proper field mapping
- Works with the Learning and Development Department to keep them informed of necessary changes in IBS Teller, Deposit Origination, and Service Request Management and Connections that impacts users. Supports new releases, off cycle releases, new products, and other manual processing projects.
- Assists support departments in helping to respond to questions.
