Hiring Range: $81,889.60 - $102,356.80 annually

Kitsap Mental Health Services is seeking a Program Manager for our Child & Family Madrona School Program. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing program goals, supervising staff, and ensuring that youth receive high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services. Primary Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement program goals, policies, and strategies to support the direction of Madrona Day Treatment
• Work with school district personnel to identify client and community needs, enhancing and developing programs as necessary
• Oversee program schedules, ensuring services meet the emotional, developmental, and educational needs of consumers
• Provide clinical direction and supervision for program staff, fostering a supportive and professional work environment
• Ensure the provision of individual, family, and group therapy services to ensure coordinated behavioral health care
• Serve as a liaison with KMHS programs, school district personnel, and external agencies to strengthen community partnerships
• Monitor program compliance with agency policies, WAC requirements, and contract obligations
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed, ensuring appropriate staff coverage and service delivery
• Oversee budget requirements for the program, maintaining fiscal responsibility
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop qualified staff, including ongoing coaching and performance evaluations 

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in psychology, social services, or behavioral health preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Expert (minimum 5 years of job-related experience)

LICENSURE: Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration. 

This position requires driving clients in a personal vehicle on behalf of the agency; therefore, the incumbent must meet agency driving requirements, including meeting the minimum age requirement of 21 years old, successfully completing a motor vehicle history check, possessing and maintaining a current, valid driver's license in the state of Washington, and having reliable, insured transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE: Administrative and program development experience preferred. Two years supervisory experience preferred. Qualify as a Child Mental Health Specialist. License or certification eligibility preferred.
