What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Inspector position at Kittitas County?
The Building Inspector is responsible for providing inspections of new and existing buildings and structures for compliance with all building codes as adopted by Kittitas County. This position is also responsible for educating patrons in the knowledge of code requirements, ordinances, and policies to create better working relations and efficient building practices.
This position is considered open until filled with a first review after 3/11/2025. Candidates should apply as soon as possible for optimal consideration.
