Job Description
The House Supervisor (RN) is responsible and accountable for the supervision, direction, and coordination of hospital operations during their shift. The House Supervisor (RN) is also responsible for administrative decision making in the absence of Hospital administration. The House Supervisor (RN) coordinates hospital activities during the absence of the department directors.
Qualifications
What is required...
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in acute care nursing setting
- Current CPR card (maintenance required)
- ACLS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
- PALS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
- Previous NRP course attended or taken once within first year of hire
- Previous TNCC course attended or taken once within first year of hire
What is preferred...
- Previous experience in supervisory role
- Any certifications covered under the WSNA contract
Additional Information
Wage: Wage range starts at $45.39/hour and goes up to $79.91/hour Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience. Shift Differentials apply; Evenings (3p-11p) = $3.00/hour, Nights (11p - 7a) = $4.50/hour, Weekends = $3.50/hour. This position may also qualify for an additional 15% premium in lieu of benefits.
