Job Description
The Dialysis Coordinator will be responsible for the organization, development, planning, management and evaluation of the dialysis program at KVH. Particular focus on maintenance of regulatory requirements, collecting and analyzing data, reporting trends, identifying areas for process improvement and assisting with development of training to improve the patient care experience. In addition, will provide dialysis care to patients as directed.
Qualifications
What is required...
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed in the State Of Washington
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provider card (maintenance required)
- Current ACLS card (maintenance required)
- Three years’ experience in acute care nursing
What is preferred...
- BSN
- Previous experience caring for dialysis patients and performing dialysis
- Previous experience with vascular access
Additional Information
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $41.39/hour and goes up to $75.91/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
FTE: .6 (24 hours/week)
