About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter Section 42 resident event information into state reporting websites for multiple states.
- Prepare reports and information as needed.
- Respond to requests and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with the Compliance Manager regarding any substantial issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect operations.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or greater; Graduate GPA of 3.4 or greater.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently and in a team.
- Genuine interest in working with people and interacting at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in reading, writing, interpreting, and analyzing business publications and regulations.
- Strong math skills, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Excellent reasoning skills to define issues, collect information, and draw valid conclusions.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office.

- Ensure accurate data entry of all Section 42 resident event information into the state reporting website for multiple states
- Prepare reports and/or information as needed
- Respond to requests for information & complete all tasks given within the deadlines provided
- Notify and communicate effectively with the Compliance Manager if substantial problems are found while coordinating with a property.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Obtaining a BA/BS in or related area or equivalent experience.
- Undergrad GPA of 3.0 or greater
- Graduate GPA of 3.4 or greater
- Combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Possess and exhibit a strong and genuine interest in working with people and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Language Skills - Ability to read, write, interpret and analyze business publications, technical procedures and government regulations.
