Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Obtaining a BA/BS in Office Management, Human Resources or related area or equivalent experience.

Position Summary
Support the human resources department with a focus on office management services providing administrative and customer support for the organization.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides front desk support answering phones and greeting guests
- Assists with mail/packages
- Maintains and restocks office and kitchen supplies
- Provides administrative support such as copying, typing letters, completing forms
- Updating electronic information
- Completing credit card authorizations
- Supporting all administrative functions for travel
- Assisting with office tenant support
- Support aspects of the payroll process bi-weekly
- Support maintenance of all employee and other related files.
- Assisting with HRIS system
- Other duties as assigned.
- Undergrad GPA of 3.0 or greater
- Graduate GPA of 3.4 or greater
- Combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Possess and exhibit a strong and genuine interest in working with people and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Language Skills - Ability to read, write, interpret and analyze business publications, technical procedures and government regulations.
- Math Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiple, divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
- Reasoning Skills - Ability to define issues, collect information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in various forms and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
- Computer Skills
- Intermediate skills with MS Office
- Rarely stands and walks or reaches with hands and arms.
- Regularly sits, talks, hear and uses hands to finger, handle and feel.
- Rarely must lift up to 25 pounds.
- Normally works in an environment with moderate noise.
