Project Manager - Midwest Region (Multi-Family Construction)
- Territory will be primarily the Midwest Region with an immediate focus on Ohio.
Salary : $120K - $130K (Depends on experience)

They provide value and expertise through the budget preparation process, competitive bidding, centralized purchasing, general contracting services and more.
POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible and accountable for the cost, schedule and quality of the construction projects assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinate, work in conjunction with Purchasing for project buyout.Review construction documents.Work with Estimator and CAD operator.Review and approve monthly invoices.Build M.S. Project schedule for projects.Maintain budget for projects as well as monitor project P and L.Approve all invoices and applications for payment for assigned projects.Approve release of retainage for all trade contractors.Coordinate transition of new projects between construction and property management staff.Monitor and provide monthly updates of cost, quality, safety and schedule of projects assigned.Work with all local utility companies to obtain design and coordinate installation time line relative to each project.Submit drawings and procure civil, building permits for projects assigned.Ensure quality control of all projects assigned.Assist in obtaining project bonds and exoneration at project completionOther duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent5 years of experience preferably with some multi-family housing construction.Historic experience with tax credit rehabilitation projects a plus.A combination of education and experience is acceptableLanguage Skills - Ability to read, write, interpret and analyze business publications, technical procedures and government regulations. Ability to write and interpret reports, correspondence and manuals. Ability to effectively present to groups of people including employees, vendors and the general public.Math Skills - Ability to calculate discounts, interest, bonuses, proportions, percentages, and to apply concepts of algebra and geometry.Reasoning Skills - Ability to define issues, collect information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in various forms and deal with abstract and concrete variables.Computer Skills - Intermediate experience with MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel.Other Skills - Building and fire code knowledge is a plus.Familiarity with LIHTC (WW Income Housing Tax Credit) procedures is a plus.TRAINING REQUIREMENTS :
Annually attend First Aid training and OSHA 10 hour classes.Ongoing professional development.
