In this position, you’ll work with the visual team and store manager to ensure store merchandising meets the Kittle’s Standard.

We are seeking an hourly Visual Merchandiser to become part of our team! You will work with warehouse associates to facilitate movement of merchandise, maintain visual standards throughout the retail location, and adjust inventory records while updating floor sets.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with our warehouse team to unload shipments from each truck
- Maintain superior visual standards on sales floor
- Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space
- Assist our inventory control team during physical inventory
- The ability to move heavy furniture (75 lbs.) independently
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in visual merchandising in a retail setting
- Strong spatial skills and the ability to place furniture at consistent angles
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
