JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Assisted Living Aide to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As an Assisted Living Aide, you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication management, and other healthcare-related tasks. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Proficiently be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to interact with both patients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and their families.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Physical stamina and strength to assist residents with mobility and other healthcare-related tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with our nursing staff will be essential in providing the highest quality of care to our residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide (nice to have)
- Experience working in a healthcare setting (nice to have)
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals (nice to have)
- CPR Certification (nice to have)
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- 1-year general experience (nice to have).
- Must pass MN background check and fingerprinting.
- Complete TB test within the first 4 weeks of employment.

- Hallock, MN
- Flex Hours Monday - Friday
- Rotating/On call weekends and holidays availability
