SUMMARY This position is responsible for great customer service. Excellent socialization skills are a must. Ability to learn tasks quickly and accurately is key. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time is needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. - Operate within KHK Inc. core values, mission and purpose statement. -Operating within current policies and procedures. -Provide excellent customer service -Working well with all ages of general public. -Learning merchandise. -Stocking merchandise. -Attend weekly meetings. -Completing training program in a reasonable amount of time. -Operate point of sale system accurately. - Opening & closing reports -Making sure money is deposited daily. -Closing duties including but not limited to : closing register, securing outside items, locking and alarming the store. -Cleaning store. -This includes folding shirts, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and any other activity given by a manager. -Other duties may be assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES May be responsible party in store at times. Manager remains primary supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School Diploma Preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present in present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
