Our training program will prepare you for a career in Scheduling and Quality in a facility operating some of the world’s largest state-of-the-art Hot Isostatic Presses. We are processing parts for the Aerospace, Medical, Energy, Defense, and Firearms industries.
Shift: DAY SHIFT. M-F 5AM-1:30PM
Overtime days and/or hours may be required to support operations from time-to-time.
Pay: $22/hr
Job duties:
- Following instructions and training that is provided by Kittyhawk
- Data Entry
- Attention to detail
- Ability to record information and check for accuracy
- Keep working area clean, orderly, and safe at all times
- Job Card Creation (includes modifications, updates, edits…)
- Creates and modifies Job Cards as directed by the Operations Supervisor
- Provides Job Cards for all received parts on the production floor in a timely manner to promote maximization of parts per cycle (load density)
- Production Certification Package creation
- Creates Product Certifications Packages for completed jobs
- Validates certification information meets customer specifications
- Works with Quality Manager to update certification packages as/when requested
- Shipping
- Ensures all paperwork is correct and matches to product for shipments
- Provides electronic copies of cert packages to customers as required/requested
- Schedules FedEx, UPS… as needed for the customer
- Customer Point of Contact for scheduling inquires
- Working with Operations Supervisor, is the point of contact for Stack HIP for scheduling questions (internal and customer facing)
- Is the primary contact for resolving customer Purchase Order discrepancies with the customer
- Maintains Stack HIP Production Schedule
- Maintains and updates production schedule at the direction of the Operations Supervisor
- Focuses on First-In-First-Out of product
- Receiving
- Supports the Receiving process working with the General Operators on the floor for incoming product receiving
- Tracks and reports queue of work pending processing to promote first-in first-out (OTD)
- Visual tracking of product on the floor (date received, customer…)
- Notifies Production Control Supervisor of product at risk of not meeting OTD given current schedule and works with the team to develop a best fit solution
- Responsible for Production Schedule & WIP reporting
- Other duties as assigned
