The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing inventory, pulling parts for specific jobs,
ensuring technicians take the correct parts, documenting serial numbers, and conducting quarterly inventory

environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
Ensure technicians receive the correct parts for their tasks.
Prepare and package parts for delivery or pickup.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
Update inventory management systems with current data.
Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
Report any issues or discrepancies to management.
Ensure all parts meet company standards before distribution.
Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
