Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, ensuring it is organized and free of clutter.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and prep work.
- Support the culinary team by bussing tables and helping with catering setups when required.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
